Concrete chemistry and carbonation lead

ZEN Carbon is developing reactor-driven CO mineralization systems that permanently lock carbon into concrete. We are scaling from pilot reactors toward industrial deployment and credit-grade carbon accounting. We are hiring a Concrete Chemistry & Carbonation Lead to own the chemical, kinetic, and microstructural foundations of our mineralization technology. Why This Role Matters You will directly determine: How much CO we can credibly claim. How efficiently we mineralize. How safely we scale. How defensible our carbon credits are. This is a technical leadership role at the core of our carbon removal platform.
