The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Batcher / Despatcher (Plant Coordinator) to join the team at Central Premix Concrete in Port Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to step into the concrete industry or build on existing construction or operational experience. You don’t need previous batching experience - we’re open to training the right person who is eager to learn, has a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment!

This role offers real variety where no two days are the same – combining concrete batching, customer service, scheduling, loader operation and plant coordination. You’ll play a key role in supporting major construction and infrastructure projects across Melbourne!
