You will be joining our Homes team based on a luxury, high-end housing site in Bromley by Bow.Our Residential Management Services team oversees large, complex residential developments across the UK. They deliver expert leasehold and block management on behalf of institutional investors, developers, and residents’ management companies.Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting guests, managing building access, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.You will need excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a strong sense of responsibility.
