Publicis Groupe’s UK head office is based at Television Centre, home to a number of our agencies and global teams. Each floor is supported by a dedicated Concierge who plays a key role in creating a seamless and professional workplace experience.

This is not your typical reception role.

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the 9th floor – a dynamic environment that hosts multiple global teams, including members of our EMEA Senior Management Committee. You’ll be the go‑to person for everything on the floor, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while delivering a first‑class experience for colleagues and visitors from around the world.
