As a seasonal Concierge in Gujrat India you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. In this fast‑paced and dynamic position you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them with check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Make reservations for dining, transportation and other activities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean and well‑stocked.
• Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms.
• Monitor the lobby area for cleanliness and orderliness.
