We are seeking a dynamic and organized Concierge Coordinator to join our luxury hotel in Faisalabad. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Concierge Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Assist guests with luggage check‑in/check‑out procedures and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests, including airport transfers, car rentals, and reservations for tours or activities
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of local events, restaurants, and attractions to recommend to guests
