At Rainforest, luxury lies in seamless service and thoughtful coordination. We’re looking for a Concierge Executive to support our operations team by ensuring guest requirements are handled efficiently and professionally throughout their stay.

📑ROLE OVERVIEW

The Concierge Executive works closely with Property Managers and Operations to coordinate services, manage guest requests, and uphold service standards across our luxury villas.

💪KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with vendors to fulfil guest service requests

• Act as a point of contact for service-related guest assistance

• Promote available in-villa services and conveniences

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution

• Ensure guest requests are addressed promptly and professionally
