Concierge

We are currently seeking a Part‑Time Concierge to join our team in Ajman. As a concierge you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival; assist with check‑in and check‑out processes
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions and events
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas or other activities
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Maintain the lobby area ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed
• Handle cash transactions for hotel services such as room service or laundry
