Job Description

Knowledge of aerospace procedures related to Non-Conformities, Concessions, DQNs, WQNs, Special Instructions, and In-Service Repairs (e.g., A, A, A, AS--M).Lead and perform static stress analysis and Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (F&DT) assessments to evaluate the impact of non conformities, repairs and modifications on primary and secondary aircraft structures.Understand baseline/certification stress analysis performed on specific work packages.Understand concession inputs such as CODs, COIs, COAs etc.Conduct stress calculations for metallic, composite, and hybrid structures using both analytical and numerical methods as per aerospace certification and engineering methods.Utilize specific tools such as ISAMI, GFEM, DFEM, as well as finite element software (Patran/Nastran, Hypermesh).Collaborate closely with the offshore stress team, ensuring clear technical communication, timely guidance, and smooth execution of deliverables.Prepare, Review and valida...
