Multiple Positions Available
Reporting to the Facility Supervisor, this position will manage and provide preparation, operational and maintenance services to the arena concession, offering good food and service in an efficient, pleasant manner at market prices and to produce profit to assist the arena operation in accordance with policies and procedures established.

Accountabilities:
Maintain an awareness of all scheduled activities.

Be knowledgeable about the features of assigned facilities and be able to assist the public or direct them to the appropriate staff for further information as required.

Maintain the highest possible standard of cleanliness of work area and ensure equipment is clean and operating at all times.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, friendly and courteous customer service and responding effectively to customer needs.
