Position Description:
The Office of Aging and Long-Term care is responsible for the NYSDOH long-term care functions related to licensure, facility surveys, data collection, and policies and analysis. Computer Support Specialist candidates will assist with activities related to the COVID-19 outbreak in health care facilities throughout the state, collection of various datasets external to OALTC, maintaining and running data pipelines, working as liaisons with ITS to have software and hardware installed on employee devices, and provide support to employees who need additional training on data tools and best practices.
