Computer Consultant I

The Computer Consultant I position is responsible for performing a variety of professional and administrative duties that facilitate the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Chief Operations Officer business units. The Office of the Chief Operations Officer is comprised of seven profit centers generating total annual revenue of over $160 million. The Computer Consultant I position will be responsible for desktop support for over 300 users in Auxiliary Services (Software and Hardware support), 300+ POS Devices (Receipt printers, registers, cash drawers and associated peripherals), and 100+ Network Printers.

This position will also be responsible for desktop and laptop deployment. Additional duties include maintaining inventory room storage as well as asset tracking for financial and PCI requirements.
