and GROW?Responsible for the technical leadership of the compressor maintenance team, ensuring the high-quality execution of scheduled and predictive maintenance, and serving as the primary technical resource for field technicians and regional companies.Technical Field Leadership: Direct on-site supervision for multi-stage compressor overhauls and peer mentoring to elevate technician performance. Lead the hands-on execution of complex maintenance and overhauls for high-pressure systems.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous review of maintenance logs to guarantee all technical repairs adhere to Airgas standards and manufacturer-specific requirements.
R&D Testing Execution: Serve as the primary technical lead for new technology validation, providing comprehensive field performance analysis to the Compressor Maintenance Manager.
