Job Description

+ The Compounder prepares bulk and raw materials for production in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

+ This role mixes and monitors product batches, completes all required documentation, and cleans and maintains compounding equipment and transfer lines in accordance with cGMP, FDA standards, and standard operating procedures.

+ Work is performed under the close supervision of experienced staff members, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

+ Accumulate and prepare raw materials for compounding according to established formulas and procedures.

+ Control machines and operate equipment to mix raw materials for product batches.

+ Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure batches meet quality and production specifications.

+ Document all required processing information in an accurate, clear, and legible manner.
