We are currently recruiting Compound Drivers to join our team in Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire. The Role:


As a Compound Driver, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Moving vehicles safely around a large compound

  • Parking vehicles in designated bays and moving them in and out of workshops

  • Handling a range of vehicles - from everyday family cars to high-performance vehicles

  • Driving different transmission types, including manual, automatic, and semi-automatic

  • Conducting basic visual inspections before moving vehicles and reporting any damage
