We are seeking a motivated **Composite Technician I** to support the manufacturing of advanced aerospace components using composite materials such as carbon fiber and prepregs. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience or strong mechanical aptitude looking to grow within the aerospace industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform hand layup of composite materials on molds per engineering specifications
+ Prepare tools, molds, and surfaces to ensure proper material adhesion and part quality
+ Apply prepreg materials with accurate fiber orientation and ply placement
+ Set up and execute vacuum bagging processes for curing operations
+ Operate ovens and autoclaves in accordance with process and safety requirements
+ Trim, drill, and finish parts to meet dimensional and quality standards
