**Job Title: Composite Technician – 2nd and 3rd Shift**

**Job Description**

The Composite Technician plays a key role in manufacturing high-quality composite parts in a fast-paced production environment. Working on 2nd or 3rd shift, you will perform hands-on assembly, fabrication, and machine operation while following detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure precise and consistent results. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manufacture composite parts by following general instructions, sketches, and blueprints with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Perform assembly and fabrication tasks using hand tools and production equipment to create composite components.
