Dept: Compliance Reporting to: Head of Compliance

Hours of work: 5 days per week (37 hours)

Location: UK, Bournemouth - Hybrid (2 days per week)

Overall Responsibility:

To support the Head of Compliance (HOC) in providing assurance to Mortgage Intelligence Holdings (MIH) that Appointed Representatives (ARs) and internal departments adhere to the required regulatory standards set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in order to deliver good outcomes for our end customers.

Key Responsibilities to include:

• Encourage and provide an initial point of contact where AR's and internal staff can seek advice and guidance on compliance related matters

• Play a key role in contributing to the networks Consumer Duty obligations, considering these obligations in all actions and decisions that are taken

• Liaise with all departments, including Business Assurance Managers (BAMs), Business Assuran...
