Compliance Specialist

Overview

Due to continued success, our client, a global FMCG leader, has instructed Sonatec to locate a Compliance Specialist to join its Asset Care team . This is a highly visible and collaborative position responsible for driving engineering compliance across maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality regulations, and internal governance standards.

Working closely with Site Management, Maintenance, and Risk & Governance teams, you will lead the compliance agenda across all engineering documentation, inspections, systems, and process safety.

This is a hybrid consultative and authoritative role , where your ability to influence and lead without direct control will be essential.
