Compliance Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to establish, lead, and grow our compliance operations team in Mexico City. The Operations Manager will be a foundational compliance operations leader in our Mexico hub, responsible for the successful delivery and oversight of Transaction Monitoring (TM) and Screening operations.

You will build and lead a high‑performing team consisting of Team Leads and Analysts, ensuring that our financial crime prevention efforts are rigorous, scalable, and aligned with global standards while driving operational excellence.

This role is critical to our Follow‑the‑Sun model, providing seamless coverage for all global jurisdictions. You will act as the bridge between regional operational execution and global compliance strategy, requiring a pragmatic leader who can navigate a fast‑paced environment without compromising on quality or regulatory integrity.
