Reports to:  Head of Compliance, South Africa We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to support operations locally in Uganda and across African regions.

This role ensures the company meets regulatory requirements, AML obligations, and supports client onboarding and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain compliance policies and controls, including AML and Financial Crime policies.

Review and update policies and reports to stay aligned with regulations.

Monitor adherence to laws, regulations, and compliance obligations.
