POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
To support Divisions/Departments in complying with the regulatory requirements (laws, regulations) and supervisory requirements (rules, codes and self-regulatory organisational standards) applicable to ICASA by facilitating the implementation, management and maintenance of the compliance methodology planning, coordination and consultation; and strategic initiatives.
Key Outputs
The successful candidate will report to the Risk and Compliance Management Specialist and their responsibilities will include:
Conducting formal Compliance Risk Profile workshops to identify and assess the total universe of regulatory requirements applicable to ICASA.
Conducting informal Compliance Risk Profile reviews to identify new regulatory requirements and amend and/or update existing Compliance Risk Profile/s accordingly in support of the overall ICASA Compl...
