Compliance Officer

What is the job role?

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Safer Housing and Communities Team. You will be working under the general direction of the HMO Team Managers delivering key services to landlords, tenants, and residents in the city.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of a caseload carrying out activities relating to the compliance of HMO licence conditions and the management of HMOs and provide assistance to the HMO Team Managers and other Officers conducting enforcement investigations.
