Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Authority Liaison

• Serve as the officially appointed/registered Compliance Officer before Argentine regulatory bodies including UIF (Unidad de Información Financiera), BCRA (Banco Central de la República Argentina), CNV (Comisión Nacional de Valores), and other relevant authorities
• Act as primary point of contact for all regulatory inquiries, examinations, and official communications
• Manage all formal compliance reporting requirements and regulatory filings
