Compliance Manager (Wealth)

Pre-requisites:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in wealth, asset management, or capital markets compliance.
• Strong hands-on exposure to PMS, AIF, MFD, or similar SEBI-regulated businesses.
• Deep understanding of SEBI regulations, along with working knowledge of FEMA and corporate laws.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work closely with business teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee wealth compliance across PMS, AIF, and Mutual Fund Distribution.
• Manage end-to-end SEBI regulatory filings, audits, and inspections.
• Provide strong exposure to regulatory interpretation and implementation across functions.
