Compliance Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Compliance Manager with deep expertise in Goods & Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and multi-state regulatory frameworks. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end tax compliance, managing audits, liaising with government authorities, and building robust compliance processes across all state operations in India. Key Responsibilities GST Compliance End-to-end management of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C filings across multiple states Reconciliation of Input Tax Credit (ITC) with GSTR-2A/2B on a monthly basis Handle GST audits, departmental scrutiny, and replies to notices Manage e-way bill compliance and e-invoicing requirements TDS / TCS Management Oversee TDS deductions under all applicable sections (194A, 194C, 194J, 194Q, 195, etc.) Ensure timely deposit of TDS and filing of 24Q/26Q/27Q returns Issuance of Form 16/16A to deductees within statutory timelines Handle TDS notices, demands, and rectificati...
