Compliance Manager

Role Overview

Conduct compliance reviews and testing across banking functions and new products to ensure strict adherence to regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing & Execution: Conduct end-to-end compliance fieldwork and testing within target timelines.
• Planning & Checklists: Build RBI-aligned testing checklists and assist with the annual Board-level plan.
• Reporting: Draft findings, align with internal stakeholders, and issue final compliance reports.
• Tracking: Document working papers and manage the open issue tracker through to closure.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in the Indian banking sector.
• Regulations: Deep knowledge of RBI guidelines and strong interpretation skills.
• Domain: Strong operational grasp of retail/corporate loans, advances, and remittances.
• Location: Based in Mumbai.
