Compliance Manager

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Compliance Manager for a well-established Courier / Logistics company based in the Heathrow area.

Job Purpose:

The Compliance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation adheres to all relevant regulatory, safety, contractual and ethical standards.

This position encompasses managing and conducting audits, supporting with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) compliance requirements, assisting with Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) obligations for customs clearance, addressing health and safety regulations in conjunction with external H & S experts, and developing a robust risk and compliance framework whilst supporting the Head of Legal in ensuring that contractual obligations are complied with.
