Compliance Manager

**Position Responsibilities:**

**1. Compliance Strategy & Culture**

+ Support the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and senior management in fostering a strong culture of ethics and compliance across Manulife Vietnam (MVL).
+ Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business units and compliance stakeholders to promote effective compliance practices.

**2. Advisory & Policy Governance**

+ Provide expert advisory to process owners on the design, development, and implementation of internal policies, standards, and frameworks covering corporate compliance risk management (including Privacy & Data Protection, Records Management, and regulatory compliance).
+ Ensure corporate compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks are well-documented, maintained, and effectively implemented.
+ Advise and support business units in establishing compliant processes aligned with regulatory requirements.
