Compliance Manager

About the role

In this role, as part of the central compliance function, you will collaborate with product, operations, risk, finance, treasury and legal teams to ensure slice’s offerings and processes comply with regulatory directions, internal policies, and governance standards.

What You will do

• Interpret and apply RBI / NPCI directions - Interpret RBI/NPCI regulations, circulars, and guidelines, and help team implement them correctly in day-to-day operations.
• Handle regulatory requirements - Assist with preparing and submitting regulatory correspondence, support inspections audits, and ensure timely closure of observations or action points.
• Check compliance for products and processes - Review new and existing products, features, processes, and customer journeys to make sure they follow all applicable regulations and internal policies.
