Compliance Manager

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager Risk and Compliance within Consumer Banking and Wealth (CBW), you will support the identification, management, and monitoring of compliance risks. You will also assist senior management to deliver better business outcomes by providing proactive compliance risk insight, advice, and solutions. This role requires specialist knowledge of privacy and financial‑advice related compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure correct obligations and controls are in place to comply with regulation.
• Provide sound advice to CBW to help them understand compliance risks.
• Accompany and manage general queries from the front line, including Level One approvals, ensuring timely advice in line with regulation and policies.
