The Compliance Executive serves as theprimary bridge between the client’s industrial operations and our corporate
compliance framework. This role involves working directly at the client’s
facility to ensure 100% adherence to statutory labor laws and internal
corporate policies, while coordinating with the 2COMS office for oversight and
reporting.

·On-site monitoring of contract
labor and statutory compliance (CLRA, Factories Act, and Minimum Wages).

·Timesheet / In out registers
checking ad coordination with Client SPOC for reconciliation timely for Payroll
registers process

·Managing the digital
documentation flow using the digital platform for all branch tasks.

·Facilitating branch visits and
preparing audit reports (Various Licenses, notice boards, registers).
