The Compliance Director is a top expert in global anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, leading efforts in Latin America.
Manage strategies for anti-corruption policies in Latam, support regional counsel, and collaborate with global functions.
This position is preferably based in São Paulo or Mexico City and reports directly to the Senior Director, Corporate Compliance (Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop the Latin America Compliance team in their work as compliance business partners.
- Support anti-bribery and anti-corruption tasks including risk assessment, due diligence, policy drafting, training, monitoring, and investigations.
