We are seeking a diligent Investment Analyst to assist with migrating legacy Gifts and Entertainment data into a new compliance module. This role involves supporting testing, rollout, user documentation, and organizing compliance records to meet data retention requirements.
Responsibilities

+ Migrate legacy Gifts and Entertainment data into the new ComplySci module.

+ Assist with testing, rollout support, and create user documentation for new processes.

+ Organize and classify compliance records to support data retention requirements.

+ Clean up shared compliance data repositories to improve consistency, accessibility, and governance.

+ Support administrative aspects of the expanded personal trading monitoring process, including managing consent letters, broker follow-ups, and ensuring proper capture of account information in ComplySci.
