About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable Complex Care Assistants to join our team, providing 1:1 person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs in their own homes. This is a rewarding role where you will enable clients to live safely and independently while supporting their personal goals, interests, and community connections.
