Complex Care Support Worker

This role runs from 6.50am until 9.00pm - 3 shifts per week totalling 42 hours per week. We also have a Waking night position which runs from 8.45pm until 7.00am 3 nights per week totalling 30 hours per week We are seeking to recruit Support Workers with a desire to commit to a positive supportive team focused on providing high quality support for the young people we are supporting. This really is a unique team of kind positive people and it is a wonderful working environment that delivers bespoke support to two young people with complex needs that facilitates them to have a very good quality of life. The people you will be supporting are two delightful young people in their twenties and thirties living in their specially adapted bungalow next to the family home with parents, younger siblings and pets.
