Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely change someone’s life for the better? We’re looking for a compassionate and confident Complex Care Support Worker to join our team and provide dedicated 2:1 support to a young lady living in her own home in Chippenham.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a woman in her 20s who, due to a brain injury, lives with complex needs including cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning difficulties. She is fun, active, sociable and loves: cycling, swimming, badminton, walking and exploring, trying new activities and experiences.

She lives in a beautiful, purpose‑built home that she’s very proud of. Your role will be to support her emotionally, physically, and socially - helping her live her life to the fullest.

Pay Rates

• Saturdays: £16.19 per hour
• Sundays: £16.85 per hour
