Amore Complex Care is a complex care provider of support provisions to adults and young people with varying care and support needs in the Northwest. Amore Complex Care provides support services for people with diverse and often complex needs in community settings. Our ethos is to create therapeutic, holistic centred environments where individuals can enhance their personal skills, empowering them to lead a rich and fulfilling life as independently as possible. Due to ongoing growth, Amore Complex Care are now looking for an experienced, motivated Complex Case Officer to manage complex care services in the Northwest area. You will be committed to Quality Assurance, Positive Behavioural Support and Person‑Centred Approaches, be able to lead and develop the staff team to work in a person‑centred and proactive way. You will need excellent attention to detail and be able to promote this approach within the team.
