Responsibilities

• Provide practical assistance and emotional encouragement to individuals living with a range of mental health conditions.
• Support clients to build confidence, reduce isolation, and achieve personal goals.
• Assist with daily routines and enable access to community resources in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience within a UK care setting.
• Aged 18 or over due to role requirements (personal care, unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals, and flexible hours including late evenings and night shifts).
• Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
