Complex Care Assistant

We're recruiting a dedicated and compassionate female Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our client in the Colchester area (CO2).

You'll be supporting a female teenager who is non verbal with severe autism, her care needs include:

• Tracheostomy
• Ventilator & Oxygen management
• Oral suctioning
• PEG & medication
• Moving & handling
• Personal care

Shifts available: Day shifts from 7.30am to 4pm (flexible on days), Night shifts from 7.30pm-7.30am (flexible nights with alternate weekends).

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
