Tracking punch status across all phases of the Mongstad WWTP project
Following up construction and commissioning teams on site regarding punch status, actions and issues
Organizing and leading punch meetings with engineering and ensuring follow‑up actions are closed
Establishing and maintaining guidelines in ProCoSys and Fusion
Driving punch clearance activities and ensuring efficient coordination across disciplines
