Competitive Team Lead at HHGC

Lead competitive gymnastics programs at the Halton Hills Gymnastics Centre (HHGC) in a full-time role. Oversee coaching, administrative tasks, and program planning for elite gymnasts.
As the Competitive Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and manage the competitive coaching staff. Your role includes strategic programming, budget development, and direct involvement in coaching responsibilities. The position demands a strong background in gymnastics, administration, and leadership to support our athletes in reaching their competitive potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning of competitive programs and events
• Approve coaches’ time sheets and expense reports
• Coach select gymnasts and groups as needed
• Schedule activities and prepare event calendars
• Monitor equipment adequacy and safety standards
Requirements:
• University Degree in related field required
• NCCP Level 2 Women’s Artistic Certification or higher
