- Design, implement and optimize compensation structures, salary bands and incentive schemes aligned with business strategy.
- Manage benefit programs, ensuring market competitiveness, cost efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Lead performance management cycles (objectives, evaluations, calibration) and link them to reward decisions.
- Conduct benchmarking, salary equity analysis and cost scenario modeling.
- Leverage AI tools to automate analysis, generate reports, build prototypes and accelerate decision‑making (“vibe coding” to solve data problems without relying on technical teams).
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance and area leaders to ensure consistency and alignment.
