Associate, Compensation Management & AccountingThe Associate, Compensation Management & Accounting sits within HR and will support the HR Compensation Management team with a strong focus on partnering with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and external providers to ensure complete, accurate, and timely recording of compensation-related transactions, compliance with applicable accounting guidance, and strong support for monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.Key Responsibilities
+ Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for compensation, bonus, commission, and benefits.
+ Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules for compensation-related balances.
+ Partner with Payroll and HR to validate employee compensation data, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
