Role Purpose
This role is responsible for leading compensation & benefits programs in alignment with our DHL Group rewards philosophy and strategy. Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation matters, including market pricing/survey participation, job evaluation/matching, merit & promotional increases, STI, LTI support, pay audits, pay bands development, soft benefits and wage compliance.
