ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Director, APAC Total Rewards the role will be accountable for APAC benefits portfolio and compensation for key markets in the region, with a primary focus on Malaysia. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Support the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits policies and programs.
- Maintain compensation and benefits policies and provide knowledge base to local HR team to support executions and operations
- Partner with HR team as compensation and benefits expertise to provide related consultancies and knowledge to people managers
- Develops and/or participates in compensation and benefits surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
