Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping competitive total rewards practices that support the attraction, retention, and engagement of talent across the business.

You will support the full spectrum of compensation and benefits activities, ensuring that programs remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs. You will contribute to the review of salary structures, conduct market benchmarking, and manage the annual salary review and bonus cycles.
