Job Description
Broughton Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students at our school in Meldreth. Responsibilities include assisting pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them with the curriculum, and promoting inclusion within the classroom.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities, along with strong communication skills. The position is full-time, term-time only, and offers ongoing professional development.
