The role ensures the delivery of quality healthcare services, promotes employee wellness, and supports the organization's occupational health and safety programs while maintaining compliance with applicable health regulations and company policies.

• Conduct medical consultations, assessments, and treatment for employees with work-related and non-work-related health concerns.
