Company Nurse

What you will do:

As a Company Nurse / Occupational Health Nurse, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety programs, conduct risk assessments (including ergonomics and exposure monitoring), and perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safe working conditions. You will provide first aid and emergency care, and manage occupational injury and illness cases end-to-end—from reporting and documentation to medical follow-up, physician coordination, and return-to-work—ensuring accurate and complete monitoring records at all times.

You will drive preventive health and wellness initiatives such as health screenings, vaccination programs, and lifestyle campaigns, while identifying and closely monitoring high-risk employees for timely intervention.
